You maybe dealing with depression if:
- You just can't snap yourself out of it e.g. by listening to music.
- You cannot cheer yourself up e.g. unexplained sadness where things like comfort food doesn't help.
- You have lost interest in everything. You prefer to stay home and in bed.
- You cannot function like you used to.
- Your laziness is not triggered by anything e.g. not by procrastination of a task.
- Your laziness is not a choice.
