You maybe dealing with depression if:

  1. You just can't snap yourself out of it e.g. by listening to music.
  2. You cannot cheer yourself up e.g. unexplained sadness where things like comfort food doesn't help.
  3. You have lost interest in everything. You prefer to stay home and in bed.
  4. You cannot function like you used to.
  5. Your laziness is not triggered by anything e.g. not by procrastination of a task.
  6. Your laziness is not a choice.
