(collectively “fyndFam,” “we” or “us”) on the fyndFam Platform. This applies to all our services when you use our site, mobile app and other online products. We collect information about users namely directly from individuals through the fyndFam Platform. If you choose not to disclose certain personal information, it may limit your access to certain services or features, including account registration.

We also collect data like testimonials that are provided by other users. All information you added to the profile will be publicly visible. Other signed-in users may also see your activities such as posts. |

Much of the information is publicly available on the fyndFam platform to everyone, even without an account. By using our services you are giving us permission to share this information freely and publicly. This includes all non personally identifiable content such as posts and your profile. Should any personally identifiable information needs to be shared, this will be masked. We share information as below:

Your Choices
You may choose to not provide any information to us through the fyndFam Platform. Following are details on some of the choices you have:
| Your account and profile | You may update your account and profile information at any time by using services available on the fyndFam Platform. |
| Your content | You may edit or delete what you post at any time. Any content you delete will remain on the fyndFam Platform but wont have your account or profile associated with it. |
| Deleting account | You may delete your account any time. You can also submit a request to delete all personal information that fyndFam maintains about you. Your profile then becomes no longer visible to anyone and becomes disassociated from the posted content. |
| Adult content | In your privacy settings, you can elect whether to receive adult content. |
| Notifications | You may receive email digests and notices with content from the fyndFam Platform. You can manage these preferences under your Notifications settings. |
Minor’s Privacy
Anyone under the age of 18 are not allowed to create an account or use our Services. Additionally you must be over the age required by the law in your country to create an account or use the Services. If we become aware that we have collected any personal information from a child under the relevant age, we will take steps to delete that information.

The fyndFam Platform may contain links to third-party sites or online services. We are not responsible for the practices of such third-parties, whose information practices are subject to their own policies and procedures, not to this Privacy Policy.
